Weekly Cleaning New York, NY

My neighbor Maria returned from a business trip to find her kitchen a mess and dust everywhere. She signed up for our weekly cleaning service just before hosting guests, and it made a real difference. With 12 years of experience serving Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, we help busy New Yorkers maintain clean homes despite hectic schedules and city challenges like dust and construction.

Residential Cleaning Services

Our residential cleaning services cover pretty much anything you need in your home. We're talking kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms - the whole place. Most of our clients are working parents who don't want to spend Saturday scrubbing toilets. Can't blame them.
Here's what we do every week: dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets and rugs, mop hard floors, clean and disinfect bathrooms (including that gross spot behind the toilet nobody wants to think about), wipe down kitchen counters and appliances, take out the trash. We bring our own supplies unless you've got specific products you want us to use.
The residential cleaning game in New York is different than anywhere else. You've got tiny apartments where every surface matters, brownstones with three floors and original hardwood that needs special care, pre-war buildings where the radiators collect dust like crazy. We've seen it all.
People always ask - what if I'm not home? No problem. About 80% of our clients give us a key or tell the doorman to let us in. We clean while your at work, you come home to a fresh place. It's like magic except it's just us working hard for a few hours.

House Cleaning

House cleaning is a little different from apartment cleaning, and we handle both. If you've got a house in Queens or Staten Island or one of those neighborhoods in Brooklyn with actual yards, you know what I'm talking about. More space means more work.

We clean houses in Bayside, Forest Hills, Bay Ridge, Staten Island - anywhere in the city where people have houses instead of apartments. Usually takes us 3-4 hours depending on the size. Some of our house clients have been with us since 2015, which I think says alot about how we treat people's homes.

Okay so technically "maid service" is kind of an old-fashioned term, but people still search for it, so here we are. What we offer is really just professional cleaning - we're not doing laundry or dishes or organizing your closet unless you specifically ask (and pay extra for that).
Our maid service covers the same stuff as our regular weekly cleaning. The team shows up same day every week, usually the same people so you get to know them. They've got uniforms, they're background-checked, they're insured. We're not some random people off Craigslist. In neighborhoods like Upper East Side or West Village, people expect a certain level of professionalism. We get it. Your home is your sanctuary, especially in a city where everyone's on top of each other. We treat every apartment and house like it's our own.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning is what we reccommend before you start weekly service, or if you haven't had cleaners in a while, or if your moving into a new place. It's more intensive than regular weekly cleaning.
We're talking baseboards, inside the oven, inside the fridge, windows (inside only, we're not doing outside windows 20 floors up), blinds, ceiling fans, that weird space between your stove and counter. All the stuff that doesn't get done in a normal clean.
Takes about twice as long as a regular clean, costs more obviously. But after a deep cleaning, the weekly maintainance is so much easier. It's like getting your teeth cleaned at the dentist - you gotta do the deep clean first, then the regular cleanings keep everything good. Spring is our busiest time for deep cleaning. Everyone in New York gets the itch to freshen up after winter. Last April we did like 60 deep cleans just in Manhattan. Windows open, fresh air coming in, everything sparkling - that's the vibe.

Move In/Move Out Cleaning

Move in/move out cleaning is huge in New York becuase people move constantly. Leases end, people upgrade, downgrade, leave the city, come to the city. If your moving, you need this.

When your moving out, your landlord wants the place spotless to give you your deposit back. We know exactly what they look for. We've cleaned hundreds of apartments for move-outs, helped people get their full deposits back every time.

Apartment cleaning is our bread and butter honestly. Most New Yorkers live in apartments, so that's what we do most. Studio to 3-bedroom, walk-ups to luxury high-rises, we've cleaned them all.
The weird thing about New York apartments is no two are the same. You got railroad apartments in the East Village, corner units with tons of windows in new buildings, tiny studios where the kitchen is basically in the bedroom. We adapt to whatever layout you've got.

Office Cleaning

We also do office cleaning for small businesses around the city. Not huge corporate offices - those have their own contracts with big companies. But small offices, startups, dental practices, law firms with like 5-10 people.

Office cleaning happens after hours usually. We come in evening or early morning, clean the space, your team shows up to a fresh office. Keeps morale up when the workspace doesn't smell like old coffee and the bathroom is actually clean.

Why Weekly Cleaning Works in New York

People ask me all the time - why weekly? Can't we do bi-weekly or monthly? Sure, you can. But here's the reality of New York living.

This city is dirty. The subway kicks up dust and grime that you bring home on your clothes and shoes. The streets are filthy. Construction dust comes in through your windows even when their closed. If you wait two weeks between cleans, your fighting an uphill battle. I've got clients who tried bi-weekly for a while and came back to weekly. They said they spent the second week stressing about how messy things were getting. With weekly cleaning New York, NY residents can actually relax. The mess never gets bad enough to stress about. Plus with weekly service, we really get to know your space. We know that corner in your bedroom where dust collects. We remember that you want the kitchen sponges replaced weekly. We notice if somethings wrong - like a leak under the sink or a weird smell. That kind of attention only comes from consistant weekly visits.
